It’s name is derived from the “Agnes Martha Nicole” who was the director of the historical building. The building was known as the place, where “Franciscan Nuns” used to bring healing to the patients.

Chefs Kaan & Aylin both trained and worked in prestigious Paris Restaurants.
Mr.Kaan and Mrs.Aylin who are the most talented culinary teams, are continuing on their passionate food journey at “Nicole Restaurant”
Mrs Aylin YazıcıoÄŸlu “chef patissier” from “Cordon Blue”, is one of the world’s most prestigious culinary schools,
At Nicole Restaurant , your evening begins with Mrs.Aylin’s assorted “breads” and continous with “artisanal ice-creams, desserts” and then ends with the “handmade chocolates”.

The menu changes every six weeks. Fruit and vegetablets are handpicked by the chefs at “organic farmers markets” and bread, icecream and chocolates are all “hommade”.
Daily supplied special products are served to guests as “surprise delicacies” in the same evening.

Very classy venue, “a bit pricey” but well worth it.
After a tiring workday in Istanbul, “Nicole restaurant” not to be missed !! Rooftop dining overlooking the “Bosphorus”

I was surprised walking into the restaurant. The dining room is stylish with soft lights from candles on the dining table.
The foods are “avant garde” and “world class”. Nicole, offers delicious “Fusion food” with “Turkish and Mediterranean flavours”
And combined with French techniques.
Two tasting menus are available, “A la Carte & Set Menus”

Set menu is 2 tasting menus. Based on the menu, We did the short and long tasting menu what we preferred.
Enjoy !!! Mrs. Aylin’s favorite hommade breads with walnut. Looks Appetizing !! So soft and delicious with flavors of walnuts

Since we’ve enjoyed it, the second time we got the bread. Servers was super helpful, and the manager that came around to make sure all was perfect.
​
Our “food journey” is paired with chateau-style Turkish wines. The wine selection is amazing of our friend.
