Armola cheese (is making from milk of sheep and goats), is making from cheese crumbs. Salty and sour taste, Adding the olive oil, sprinkling thyme, red pepper to eat.
You should try Sığacık mandarin jam is enormous flavors.
Sığacık is on the west of Seferihisar and there are beautifully smelling tangerine mandarins.
You can find fresh organic vegetables, fruits and homemade jams etc…prepared by the women.
