Serdar-ı Ekrem Street in Galata district of İstanbul is very popular at the moment and one of my favorite indeed.

It has many design shops, host boutiques and concept hotels and restaurants. At the end of day you can reward yourself with a drink and pastry at the Le Fumoir Restaurant &Bar of Georges Hotel.

Interior design of Georges Hotel is breathtaking so different then its competitors, so french.

 

​

Le Fumoir has a great view of Bosphorus, a closed restaurant with windows, so romantic for suitable special dinners.

It has music at night.

​

The French owner paid so much attention to the details and is working with an excellent team.

 

Amazing  Chef  creates miracles at kitchen.!

​

It is served up À la Carte menu with french influences …The foods were so artfully arranged on plates.

Hors-d’Oeuvres

Sea bass tartar (Levrek Tartar)

Smoked salmon with a slice of lime (füme somon)

Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce (holandez soslu kuşkonmaz)

 

 

Main Courses

Grilled crusted salmon (fillet of salmon coated with shrimps and mustard seeds)
Kıtır ızgara somon (karides,tohum hardal ve ekmek kruton ile kaplı somon fileto)

It was Superb!!  delicious !

 

Sole meuniere (sole fish with butter and lemon juice sauce, tourned steamed potatoes and ratatoille)
Sole meuniere (tereyağlı ve limon soslu dil balığı, turne patates ve geleneksel fransız sebze tabağı eşliğinde)

Sole meuniere is popular classic french fish dish.

It was delicious!

 

Desserts

İle flottante (in french) or known as floating island (in english) is classic french dish.

(yüzen bir ada, ingiliz kreması üzerinde yüzen mereng içeren fransız kökenli bir tatlıdır)

Cocktail

They also offer a wide selection of cocktails and wines …Black mojito  was recommended.

Great place to meet people from all over the world. That’s why I love this place.

Dünyanın her yerinden insanlarla tanışmak için harika bir yer. Bu yüzden burayı seviyorum.

You definitely have to come here …
