Michael White is recognized as the “King of Italian cooking in New York”. You have heard about Michael White is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of the Altamarea Group. They also have a restaurant inside Beymen, ZorluShopping Mall in İstanbul. It is called Morini. The restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine.

 

After tiring hours of shopping, you will find a great place to relax. You should definitely try delicious foods and the “world famous drinks”.

The restaurant has a really nice warm feeling with very attentive staff .

Gnocchi, mushroom, chard are brought in the dish then served with special pureed mushroom soup

Gnocchi are Italian style , little dumplings made of potatoes and flour that is boiled or baked. I’ve found tasty !!

Buratta İtalian Cheese

Buratta is fresh “ italian cheese “, made from mozzarella & cream. Buratta, meaning “buttery” in italian.

These cheeses are from Campania in the South Italia.

 

Grilled Octopus

Octopus is leaving to marinate in the wine for at least 3 hours. It is served with Fine bulgur, pistachios, olive butter, apricot jam.

This looks amazingly soft and delicious. I’ve found mmm .. !! and highly recommended !

Gramigna

In italian, Squid ink pasta, li gurian crustacean ragu. It is served with black pasta, seafood meat sauce

 

Garganelli with ragu

In Italian, Pasta-quills, ragu di carne parmigiano. It is served with curved Spaghetti, meat sauce, parmesan

Panna Cotta

It is an popular italian dessert. In italian , “panna cotta” means “cooked cream” It is made with milk, sugar, cream. “Panna Cotta” will please your taste buds, as well as your eyes. After we ate… My palate was tickled with “pomegranate sauce and ice chips”.
