Our November 1st dinner experience was wonderful, started with a warm reception by the Executive Sous Chef Murat Dağlıoğlu and the perfect seating overlooking street. Our table was extremely comfortable !
In professional cookery terms “Chef” is derived and abbreviated from the french technical term.
Executive Sous Chef: This person takes responsibility for the kitchen operations if the Chef is absent.
Restaurant 34 offers both regional Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine.
You may also pick your menü from a freezer in restaurant. My eyes widened at the selection of cheese, meat, etc. ..plus you can order, tell them how you want it cooked, and then you may sit down.
We were looking forward to inspirational meals from the kitchen.
The first time I ate here and It was fabolous meal ! Delicious and beautifully presented. Wine pairing were excellent . The portions were also generous.
Our service was impeccable and service from start to finish was superb.
The Executive Sous Chef and Sommelier came over to our table make sure everything is okey. Both the Executive Sous Chef and Sommelier were very informative and very friendly. They responded to all of our needs.

There were variety of different desserts and ice cream on the counter and you may choose to eat.
You may also taste the delicious gelato of italian executive chef Fabio Brambilla. We ended up choosing the gelato. !!

What an outstanding dinner !
Restaurant 34 is one of the best places and I highly appreciated service & taste and elegant presentation . Each dish was absolutely superb !
Dining is highly recommended… This is definitely a good place to eat. I was more impressed with the restaurant team. They make everyone feel welcome and special… It was always a special treat to dine. The price was also reasonable.
