LA MANCHA

The building has three floors, such as Incirli Winery, Kydonia and La Mancha... Each floor has its own ambience.

 

1st floor :

 

Ä°ncirli Winery is on the first floor!.. Ä°ncirli Winery takes its name from the "fig tree" in the garden.

 

On the first floor, there are more than 600 wines in Incirli Winery. There are wine cellars for wine connoisseurs and there is also a very knowledgeable staff to assist buyers. You have the opportunity to taste the wine and get some cheese…I prefer to drink boutique wine.

 

2nd floor :

 

Kydonia, which offers a rich and “Turkish-Cretan cuisine”on the second floor, offers its decor, ambiance,… I heard that Kydonia 'gum octobus' is delicious !!

 

3rd floor :

 

There is the name La Mancha on the top floor. We were there! If you like Mediterranean flavors, try Spanish, Italian and Moroccan dishes. We started with a glass of wine and  tapas while waiting for an order of the paella.

 

Spanish tapas are Spain's snacks and small plates... Tapas were served in, on a large flat tray.

* Roasted olives with burrata and almonds.

 

“Buratta” is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream.

 

 

* Croquettes with manchego cheese and spinach.

 

"Manchego cheese" is produced in the La Mancha region of Spain and is a well-known sheep's milk cheese.

 

 

* Patatas Bravas Spanish fries served with spicy tomato sauce.

* Albondigas or Spanish meatballs (Basque style)... Basque region is an autonomous region in the north of Spain.

The Paella was served in a huge flat pan with a glass of wine!.. A traditional paella is served directly from the pan. This is an excellent dish, made up of squid, mussels, shrimp, lobster tail, etc. … Seafood is fresh and flavored rice combined with various meats.

 

In restaurants, paella is served in large portions. Therefore, you should order and pay for at least two people.

 

Paella is the most popular street food and traditional Spanish dish. It means "frying pan" in Valencia. It is a Spanish rice dish originally from Valencia.

Enjoy the Mediterranean flavors;

 

* Cacio e pepe  is a pasta dish from Rome's popular cuisine.

 

"Cacio e pepe" means "cheese and pepper"in italian... As the name suggests, the ingredients of the dish are: pepper, grated pecorino italian cheese and spaghetti.

 

 

* Moraccan Lamb Tagin Couscous is served.

 

The dish consisted of special spices, lamb cubes... Tagine (or tajin) is not actually the name of a dish, but a cooking pot similar to a Turkish stew. ..

La Mancha Restaurant has a great “open bar” While sipping your wine, you have the chance to chat with your partner in the bar overlooking the beautiful view of the Bosphorus.

 

I walked into the restaurant's "wine bar" and my first impression was, wow!...It was incredibly close to the magnificent Bosphorus view.
