Enrico Cerea, one of the Cerea Brothers.. Enrico called Chicco and Roberto called Bobbo. Chicco name was given by his family and his friends as he was an affectionate person. 

 

Enrico’s parents, Vittorio and his wife Bruna Cerea founded their restaurant in the Bergamo. Bruno and Vittorio Cerea got two daughters and three sons. Enrico and Roberto are both “executive chefs”, and the third son is the “Restaurant Manager” Francesco  together with their sisters Barbara and Rosella. Francesco also manages the wine cellar and catering services.

 

Da Vittorio, received  “3 rd Michelin star restaurant” is managed by the Cerea family. All five children grew up in the family’s kitchen. Eldest son Enrico Cerea has continued the family tradition  alongside his brother Roberto and made Da Vittorio one of the best restaurants in the world.

Enricio Cerea, prepared a special  “A La Carte Menu” and every night  there was a “Degustation Menu”  as well. ..for Aqua restaurant’s guests between February, 18th-23rd,2014

Da Vittorio prepared  “Gourmet Menu” for restaurant’s guests. A great presentation what was coming from Michelin Star Chef 

 

GOURMET MENU

Tarare di ricciolo al mais con pan fritto
Amberjack Tartar, sweet corn cream and crispy fried bread

 

Paccheri con aragostella e burrata

Paccheri pasta, with spiny lobster, burrata cheeses

 

John Dory arrostito alla plancha con crema piselli e seppie ajo,ojo e peperoncino

Plancha roasted  John Dorey sweet peas cream garlic, chili and olive oil cuttle fish

 

Filetto di manzo in padella con cuore di carciofo al coriandolo salsa al Madeira

Pan seared beef filet, braised  artichoke, Madeira sauce

 

It’s finally over with Petit Fours !!!

Enrico Cerea’s Culinary Story :

​

Chef Enrico tells his  story through food. The art of pairing wines with food was perfect. I loved the wine and food pairings that I experienced burst of flavor.

 

Chef Enrico, himself,  joined us  to make sure everything is fine. Cerea Siblings are typical Italian character. Enrico and his brother Francesco

were very courteous, hospitable and always a smiley face.

​

Every star is deserved. No detail is neglected. Italians are passionate about their food. Amazing exceeded expectations ! And fabulously memorable !

​

The Cerea Siblings together with the rest of the team of “For Seasons Hotel” did an amazing effort. We were very pleased. I highly recommend you visit the hotel’s stylish “restaurant Aqua”
